Tarot Readings By Starbreeze

This is a quick tut for Dripping Blood Text.
You will Need
Jasc PSP 7
Eye Candy 4000
My Glass Preset
Unzip the preset and put it in your EC 4000 Glass folder
Open a New image 250X200 pixels transparent
Click on your Text tool. I used the following settings
Comic Sans MS
Size 28
Bold
Stroke-Null, Fill #B93015
Vector & Antialias Checked
Type in the text you want and position it where you want on the canvas. Go to layers-convert to raster
Go Effects-Plugin Filter-EC 4000-Glass. Use the Blood preset
Go to Effects-Plugin Filters-Eye Candy 4000-Drip. I used these settings; you may need to modify them if you used a different size or Font
Width-3
Maximum Length 24.19
Spacing 10.00
Taper 53
Dribble-0
Random Seed 1

That’s it. For a darker effect, you can repeat the glass after the drip
