I was disappointed with the way one of my pictures turned out so I thought I'd do something else with it, This was the result, I thought it was kind of cool. For this you will need:
PSP 7

Let's Get started

Open the picture on your PSP workspace. Go to window duplicate and close the original.

Open your layer palette and click on the background layer. Right click and choose duplicate

Make sure the Copy of Background layer is active and go to colors-negative image

Go to effects-Blur-Gaussian Blur and use a radius of 6

Go to colors-colorize, use Hue 164, satuaration 63

Open your layer palette. Use the slider to change the opacity of the Copy of Background layer to about 78%.

Layers-merge all flatten- and you're done
